MIAMI – Used car giant Florida Fine Cars recently received TD Bank’s prestigious 2017 Emerald Dealer Award, an annual recognition presented to top-selling dealers based on volume of financed contracts. The award places Florida Fine Cars in the top 1 percent companies that do business with the bank.

Qualifying dealers must maintain a $1 million or more average monthly volume, or $3 million in volume (total amount financed of contracts funded) per quarter to maintain this status, according to TD Bank. Dealers are required to have worked with TD Auto FinaNewFCCLogonce a year or more to be considered.

“This is a very big deal,” said Dalia Solomon, dealer relations manager for TD Bank in Miami-Dade and Broward. “Only 35 out of over 3,000 dealers that do business with us are at this elite level, or Emerald Status.”

Corporate Finance Director Mike Mueger said the Emerald Dealer Award is just more proof that Florida Fine Cars is getting it right.

“The Emerald Dealer Award is based on the volume of financed contracts, which ultimately translates into sales. Florida Fine Cars could never achieve this elite status if our customers didn’t have great buying experiences,” Mueger said. “Our sales staff is second to none and our inventory is the best in South Florida. It’s a winning combination.”

Dealers who achieve Emerald status get faster funding, faster credit decisioning and a dedicated group of analysts and funders who are assigned only to Emerald Dealers,  Solomon noted.

TD Bank Hosts In-Store Dealer Day Celebrations

To celebrate this accomplishment, TD Bank threw a party for Florida Fine Cars employees on October 9th. Emerald Dealer Day included plenty of food, drinks and fun for the employees whose hard work made the award a reality.
