When it comes to selling used cars, persistence, hard work and great customer service are why some sales personnel at Florida Fine Cars are the company’s top sellers month after month after month.
Moe Eisa is consistently the top seller at Florida Fine Cars, at the West Palm Beach store and also companywide. He retained the slot as top seller for both December 2016 and January 2017, selling 30.5 used cars in December and 27 used cars in January.
Eisa, who is modest about his salesmanship, attributes his success to hard work, a lot of referrals and incredible customer service. He is always busy!

“DealerRater,” another popular customer review site, is also peppered with 5-star reviews about Florida Fine Cars. Recently, DealerRater recognized Florida Fine Cars with a Consumer Satisfaction Award for its high level of customer service.
Hollywood’s Adrian Alejo was his store’s top seller for both months, selling 15.5 used cars in December and 15 used cars in January. Although new to the car business, he has learned fast.

Alejo only began selling used cars last summer after another sales associate convinced him to try his hand at car sales. Alejo met sales associate John Ansari in a kosher supermarket in Aventura where Alejo was stocking shelves and doing inventory. Ansari saw potential in Alejo’s customer service skills and helped him get a job selling cars at Florida Fine Cars.
“You have to sell yourself. You don’t sell the cars become the customer’s best friend, become their advisor. I just help them find the right one and give them my opinion on which one is better for them, which one will work better,” Alejo said. “I enjoy it, becoming their friend. It’s all about building trust.”
In Miami, Tyrone Thompson was the store’s top seller for January, with the sale of 17 used cars; sales associate Amiee Miller was Miami’s top seller for December with the sale of 19 used cars.
Treat Customers Like Family
Thompson said he treats customers the way he would want to be treated. And it works. His main focus?
“Listening to the customer and helping them the best I can,” Thompson said.”It’s all about not ignoring the customer before and after the sale. Following up and making sure you are answering questions. People just don’t want to feel like they are getting cheated. The main thing with customers is killing them with kindness and showing them love.”
Miller reached her numbers by reporting to work early, checking back with previous customers and always following up.
“I often work six or seven days a week,” Miller said. “I don’t sell root canals. I sell cars and I like what I do.”
